peaceful vacation
good selection quiet room pool area
i found the breakfast selection quite good. it features a nice variety. the pool area offers a relaxing space. the seaside restaurants and bars provide convenient options. i enjoyed quiet surroundings.
i found that the gym is in poor condition. it needs immediate attention. the gym equipment looks old. it is a small room.

amazing view friendly staff unique design dark room dated room missing towels
the view from the balcony was amazing. the staff were the friendliest people i have met on a holiday trip. the design of the hotel made me happy.
the room was dark, and it felt dated. we never had enough towels, and there wasn't enough water. front desk promised calls back every day, though they never made it.

a mixed bag
smoky smell slow elevators
The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. It was quite unpleasant, to be honest. housekeeping seemed to miss a spot or two each day. The floor often had crumbs. also, the elevators? dreadfully slow. I waited ages more than once, i did. it was quite a hassle, to be fair.

relaxing stay
beautiful views friendly staff
i found the location fine with beautiful views. the hotel grounds were beautiful. i appreciated the friendly staff, especially at breakfast. the hotel manager moved our room from the second to the fourth floor, and i was happy to pay extra (it made a big difference!).
i did not like that there were many steep steps. this made moving around the grounds far from relaxing. anyone with mobility issues or with a push chair will have difficulties.

the breakfast had a wide selection of food, suiting every taste. the restaurant staff were well-trained, and no request was too much trouble. there were many healthy options, including egg white scrambled egg.

the hotel has an attractive, safe beach, with beach service. there is a free shuttle bus to corfu town. guests can use the imperial facilities (which i thought were fine).

the rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. the rooms have slippers and dressing gowns. i received a welcome bottle of wine (a nice touch).

fine location beautiful view
The hotel location is fine, with beautiful views from every angle. the grounds were nicely kept. i liked that i could use the sister hotel facilities. They were just fine. the beach bar and pool offered nice relaxation spots.

the staff at the main restaurant and beach bar are very helpful, providing excellent service. staff members welcome guests warmly and are attentive to their needs. i noticed they handled busy times quite efficiently too.

this hotel location is really good, offering fine 270-degree views. it has a comfortably shaded beach, thanks to the trees. it is approximately 10 km from downtown kerkira, which allows for easy daily exploration by car.
