fine location extensive ground complimentary prosecco
the hotel is in a fine location and everything feels first class. the grounds are extensive and well maintained. our room was large and comfortable with an amazing view from our balcony! little touches make this hotel stand out such as bottles of water brought round to everyone on the beach. there is also a bottle of prosecco in our room on arrival.
the heated outdoor pool was large! but because there were quite a few children staying, it was sometimes difficult to relax by and swim lengths.

immaculate room comfortable bed well-equipped fitness center
The room was immaculate. Spacious. And beautifully decorated. the bed was comfortable. Ensuring a great night's sleep. the hotel's amenities were great. The fitness center was well-equipped. And the pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
seeing how some staff behave at the start of the season makes me relieved i'm not staying here during peak season.

I used the gym. It had all the equipment I needed for a good workout. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food. I appreciated the diverse choices and the attentive service.

Excellent stay at this gem
bottled water varied selection modern gym shuttle service
The hotel provided complimentary bottled water daily. The breakfast had a varied selection including fresh fruit and pastries. The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes (i used them every day). I appreciated the shuttle service to Corfu Town. It ran several times daily.
The wifi signal was sometimes weak in certain areas of the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with all requests. They provided prompt responses to inquiries and ensured a smooth check-in process. The service at the restaurants was efficient, and the staff were always available.
