Acceptable Stay, Noticeable Shortcomings

impersonal check-in nearly empty toiletries

The breakfast was delicious with vegan options available a definite plus

The self-check-in felt impersonal despite staff being present. I found the nearly empty toiletries unacceptable for new guests. The noise from a phone conversation downstairs made it hard to relax in the room so I had to increase the TV volume.

ineffective heating bathroom hooks

breakfast was excellent, it set me up well for the day.

My room was quite cold. I reminded me of the heating wasn't very effective? also, there weren't enough hooks in the bathroom for my towels, inconvenient.

super breakfast clean room good storage parking hassle vague help petty neighbour

i enjoyed the breakfast it was super. the lady made mine early because i had to leave to attend a funeral. the room was clean airy light and comfortable with plenty of space and very good storage.

after requesting parking for our 2 motorbikes finding where to park was a hassle. it was made worse by the interference of a neighbour who seemingly has issues with our hotel owner. when i phoned for help i was given vague help from the owner who didn't bother to come outside to help because he was 'having a lie down'.

fantastic stay!

great location easy parking detailed instructions

the location was just awesome! it was a short walk to the town, super convenient, and parking was available! the self check-in was so easy, and i received detailed instructions beforehand.

the path leading up to the hotel was uneven, and there wasn't any lighting, so i had to be extra careful at night
