The room featured a comfy bed. From it, I could enjoy the amazing sea view. I appreciated the free parking which was just outside the building. Self check-in proved very convenient. I could arrive and leave as I needed.

The breakfast was lovely. I had the full scottish. My room was a twin room. The self-access was convenient, i got the details prior to arrival. It made everything smooth.
The windows needed cleaning (a minor thing, really). The sea view was a bit spoiled by it, a shame.

Great Breakfast and Comfortable Stay

Check-in was easy and the room was very spacious. The bath and shower room were very clean. Breakfast had a nice selection of cereal, bread, spreads, yogurt, and fruit. The cooked breakfast included nice sausage and bacon. The egg was cooked as I requested.
The windows had some dirt, impacting the view. I missed a fridge in the room to keep some drinks.

the location was acceptable with free parking just outside.
the room felt quite dated and could use some freshening up. the attic room was especially small with two single beds arranged in an awkward l shape. the en-suite bathroom had a musty smell, so i kept the door shut (i am not sure if that helped).

Really good Stay by the Sea

The bedroom was really spacious and comfortable. Breakfast included traditional Scottish options. The shower was excellent too. I appreciated the access because it was easy to get in and out .
The windows faced the sea but they needed cleaning. This detracted from the view despite the great location. A fridge would have been helpful to store a few items.

This spot is centrally located near many attractions. I walked to the beach and pier in just a few minutes from my room. There are excellent views of the water from many of the rooms.

the location was great, right opposite the seashore. i found the town to be very nice, everything close together. breakfast was lively, there were many options and the staff were great.
we had a sea view but the windows were dirty. this really spoiled the view.
