The current bartender seemed more inclined to provide refreshments for the reception desk staff than the clients waiting to order drinks and food, which I thought was pricy! I didn't mind paying, but I did mind waiting.

the staff was helpful during check-in. the bell staff were kind. the room provided amenities in the bath and a super clean space. the room had high ceilings and felt airy with decent storage.

the room had lack of storage. there was no chest of drawers despite adequate space for one. i think this should be solved.

the hotel is near many dining options. i walked to many sites including raffles hotel. it is also close to singapore mass rapid transit which will take you all around.

staff ensured guest comfort. miss agnus and nick accommodated my party from the beginning of our arrival to the hotel. i travel for work and this has been my best experience.
