Fantastic Stay!
superb locationreception assistanceflamenco showdaily greeting
I enjoyed the superb location between the Gothic Quarter and El Born. It was easy to get taxis. Daniela B at reception assisted me greatly. She even made reservations for the Flamenco show. I highly recommend it. The housekeeping staff greeted me daily and checked if I needed anything.
The air conditioning was a bit loud. It could use an update. It, waking me up.

The breakfast offered a diverse selection of foods available at a convenient time. The option to leave luggage after checkout existed, and late checkout extended until 12:00. I requested hot water, and the staff provided a kettle in the room.

i found the location convenient for accessing various attractions. the staff was helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. the hotel had a modern design with attention to detail. i was impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas.
the street noise at night was a bit disruptive despite the double glazing. i recommend asking for a room away from the main street.

the location was acceptable it was near many restaurants
our double room wall view was smaller than i expected i found it hard to relax there the walls felt thin i could hear noise from the hallway the doors seemed poorly insulated this made sleep difficult there was a constant disturbance i did not like it.

the hotel room was super clean and spacious i found abraham at the front desk very helpful he was attentive. he. i would stay here again the staff were friendly i found the rooms to be very clean.

the front desk staff were very helpful and attentive the staff deserve the highest marks. the ladies tirelessly take care of the cleanliness of the hotel i found the staff professional and helpful. staff were always smiling at reception.

the receptionist nicole was very helpful and efficient, which i liked.
the rooms we quite dated i think, the paint was peeling of the wall in the bathroom. the bath taps were coming off the walls too. the safe in our room didn't work and wasn't fixed after being told it would be sorted, annoying.
