The location was convenient for accessing both the airport bus and the metro. Several very good restaurants are located nearby. Complimentary coffee, cocoa, and tea were available at all times, which I found useful. A refrigerator allowed for storing extra water and snacks .
The sound proofing could use some improvements. There was some noticeable noise from the floor above.

The staff was GREAT. Everyone I encountered was both polite and kind. The owner ran downstairs to return gifts that I had accidentally left in my room. This act shows the hotel is honest.

The hotel does not have its own breakfast, so I tried some spots nearby. I found a place called Massamara, and another called 365, very close by. The food was AMAZING!!!

i loved how clean and cozy my room was. the staff gave helpful tips about the city plus they cleaned the room daily. it's in such a great location near a metro station i could easily get around town.
sound really traveled i heard noise from everywhere it was hard to ignore other guests and sounds from the hall it was not easy to get a good sleep at times

the hotel's location is excellent it's convenient for getting around the city. late check in using the self service option was easy. i felt secure because there were lockers available.

the communal fridge was super useful it allowed me to keep my drinks cold and store sandwich ingredients i really appreciated that touch. i saved so much money by using this to store cold goods.

The staff offered bus information and a helpful map upon arrival, REALLY assisting with data roaming issues. I found the staff very friendly. A balcony area was included with the room, there was no fridge in the room, but a shared fridge was available in the hallway.
The soundproofing requires attention. Noise from outside and neighboring rooms was noticeable.

i appreciated the central location a lot. Transport links were easily accessible, like the metro and bus. i found many great cafes nearby for breakfast.. especially a small one just around the corner.
the sound proofing needs improvement. there was a lot of noise from the floor above during the morning.
