The staff was very friendly and helpful .
My room faced a very narrow inner courtyard so it got no light. Every noise and conversation was audible, even the elevator. This was disruptive and did not contribute to restful sleep.

The staff was friendly and responded quickly to requests. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room size were spacious enough. There were no problems with the cleaning schedule.
The hotel was noisy at times, especially I could hear the elevator and front door. The initial room had no natural air and was small. The constant rumble from the metro caused disturbance.

The location was superb. It allowed easy access to attractions. The room was clean and well kept. It. Josephine, Julian, and others at reception were genuinely kind, which I appreciated.
The noise from the underground was noticeable in my room. The air conditioning was also quite noisy too!
