fantastic location and clean rooms
great location good bed clean room
the hotel has a really great location, very close to the train and bus stations, so traveling was easy! the bed was good, and i found the room very clean. i used many restaurants nearby.

Solid Choice in Central Location
great location really good value luggage storage
I appreciated the location. The local cafe around the corner provided really good value. I found public transport access very easy. the luggage storage room was available which was very useful before my train departure, with a secure place for my belongings.
The absence of a mini fridge was disappointing. I also experienced spotty WiFi. The security on the WiFi was also questionable.

The location is fantastic. I found myself near atocha train station, simplifying my travel plans. the room felt very comfortable, so i enjoyed relaxing there after exploring. i especially appreciated the staff's assistance. They were so helpful throughout my stay!
the safe box had a small charge per use, i wasn't initially aware of.

basic stay with noise issues
poor insulation street noise
I found the sound insulation really bad. It was a constant problem. i could hear everything from other rooms and the hallway. the noise from the street was also quite disruptive. it made it hard to relax or get a good night's sleep.

Adequate Stay with Some Disappointments
poor isolation unfriendly staff
The noise isolation was poor. I could hear everything happening in other rooms, the hallway, and the street. the staff member who was on duty during the morning hours on October 17th and 18th was very unfriendly. She seemed unhelpful.

I found the beds comfortable. There was a useful fridge in my room. Everything was perfectly super clean upon arrival.. Cleaners. I also felt safe within the building, a definite plus.
The walls are not thick. I could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms.
