adequate stay overall

clean room thoughtful extras open space bathroom condition value issue mould remover
the room was very clean. i appreciated thoughtful extras like chocolates and dressing gowns. there was also a lovely open space with tables and chairs at the front of the hotel (perfect for enjoying a drink).
the value for money felt off. i felt it wasn't worth the price for one night. the bathroom seemed outdated and needed an update, particularly the shower. the bathroom had a distinct smell of black mould remover when i first entered.

quality tea friendly staff
i stayed in a superior double room and it was great! the room had high-quality tea, coffee, and biscuits. the staff were all lovely!!! the food was AMAZING!!!
the room needs some tlc. the bathroom felt too compact, and it seemed quite dated for the price i paid. overall, i think the bathroom needs an update, especially the shower.
