The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided suggestions to tourists who were new to the area. The room was clean and had complete facilities. I could enjoy beautiful scenery of the mountain through the window.
There was no bagagiste. I had to carry the luggage to the room.

the location was really convenient , with easy access to the train station. the pool and spa area seemed like a treat after hiking. i especially liked the breakfast , it offered many choices and fresh ingredients.

the location is near public transport and stores. the room had a lovely view of mont blanc. all the staff were well-mannered. i appreciate the professionalism at the spa.
the furniture had many scratches. the table cover was melted. the bathroom corners had spiderwebs. black mold grew between the shower wall tiles.

The location is just a short walk to town and bus stops. The room was spacious and quite nice. I found every kind of kit imaginable in the room (even sewing and shaving kits!).
The room furniture had many scratches. The main table's cover was melted (by previous customers). I found spiderwebs and black mold in the bathroom's corners.
