varied fruit selection fresh juice kind staff
I found the gym had multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. breakfast included fresh orange juice and a varied fruit selection. the staff were really kind. They even provided umbrellas for the rain!!!

A SUPER stay!
staff professionalism perfect cleanliness warm atmosphere secure parking
I felt pampered throughout my visit. The staff's professionalism stood out, ensuring every request was promptly handled. The cleanliness was perfect and the attention to detail created a warm atmosphere. I also appreciated the secure parking and its convenience.
The doors are not very soundproof, so I could hear corridor noise at night, a little disturbing.

Breakfast offered MANY choices. Everything tasted fresh, and the service was prompt. I especially liked that the restaurant's prices were lower than those of nearby establishments. The beef cheek and various pasta dishes were especially good.

The location allows easy walking access to most places. It is close to both the town center and main attractions. I could walk easily to the Aiguille du Midi cable car station and other stations from there.

The FAMILY suite had all the necessary amenities. I found the room very modern and clean. I could view Mont Blanc and the cable car from our balcony. I found the bed comfortable.

The spa offers a lovely pool, sauna, and steam room. I found it great that I could use the spa multiple times ! THE mountain views from the spa terrace were lovely.

cigarette smoke thin walls
The breakfast was acceptable. It offered enough options to start the day.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke when i returned from skiing. I wondered if a staff member had smoked in the room. the walls were thin. I could hear everything in the room next door. this lack of isolation made it difficult to sleep well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided suggestions to tourists who were new to the area. The room was clean and had complete facilities. I could enjoy beautiful scenery of the mountain through the window.
There was no bagagiste. I had to carry the luggage to the room.

Solid stay with great mountain views
convenient location great spa fresh ingredients
the location was really convenient , with easy access to the train station. the pool and spa area seemed like a treat after hiking. i especially liked the breakfast , it offered many choices and fresh ingredients.

great location spacious room various kits scratched furniture melted table black mold
The location is just a short walk to town and bus stops. The room was spacious and quite nice. I found every kind of kit imaginable in the room (even sewing and shaving kits!).
The room furniture had many scratches. The main table's cover was melted (by previous customers). I found spiderwebs and black mold in the bathroom's corners.
