The room was spacious and clean. I got a room overlooking the runway. It provided my husband with a great view. I found the bed comfortable.
The moving walkways between terminals were not working , so I walked a long way with heavy suitcases in very hot conditions.

the location is AMAZING! i walked right through the tunnel to the airport. the check-in staff were very friendly. i had easy access to the skyway. the executive lounge had nice snacks and drinks.
the silver coating on the door lock was flaking, resulting in a splinter!

the room location is perfect for getting to the airport terminal it is just a stroll down the link bridge it's great that you don't need to go outside and it's easy to use even if you have mobility issues the room itself had really comfortable beds it was also very spacious and surprisingly quiet
the tv only had access to basic channels i wanted netflix or prime there weren't other streaming options available it felt a bit outdated dining was also a struggle when i checked in i asked about dinner they said i didn't need to book a table but when i went to the bar later, it was packed the earliest table was at 8.40 pm
