The room upgrade i received upon arrival was certainly a treat. the superior double room i got was spacious and quiet. breakfast was great. The choices available were diverse and well presented. i appreciated the friendly staff throughout the hotel.
the gym did not have all its machines working. i did appreciate the offer to use the sister hotel's facilities. they were too busy for my schedule.

the front desk offered prompt assistance with directions. staff members were available at all hours and very polite. i appreciated the efficient check-in and check-out processes.

The front desk staff provided assistance with all requests. Breakfast featured fresh pastries and hot dishes prepared to order. The hotel also provided access to a refreshing pool, a great way to unwind after sightseeing. The hotel maintained a very clean environment.
The soundproofing could use improvement as I could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

the staff was polite and helpful. the location was very convenient for exploring the area. we got an upgrade, and early check-in was beneficial. they provided universal adapters upon request.
the room we were assigned had the cleaner's storage right outside. this meant there were always people rummaging in the cupboards, and it made us uncomfortable. the walls were very thin, so we could hear everything.
