the building have a great location. i loved the interior decoration and its historical feeling. my room had a comfy bed, and the shower works very well. i found easy on-site car parking .
the breakfast was not fast. it was a bit of waiting involved.

i found the location ideal for exploring the area with everything close. the staff were very friendly and helpful, answering any questions i had. the breakfast was generous, i enjoyed the fresh options. the building has a great tudor style, it felt special.
The floorboards above my room were a little squeaky. I could hear some movement at times

The bedroom was spacious and well-equipped (i found everything i needed). I liked the recently refurbished bathroom. I enjoyed a pleasant evening meal, where the food was well cooked and beautifully presented. I will recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay again if i return to this area.
The early morning noise from cleaners slamming doors was slightly disruptive (before 8 am).

I really hated my stay! the room was tiny. i couldn't even get my coat in the wardrobe since the ironing board filled it. There was nowhere else to hang coats. the bathroom wasn't clean either. there were dirty window frames and dirty grouting around the floor. the waterfall shower head didn't work. i am so frustrated with this hotel.
