polite staffclean roomexcellent food
the staff were polite helpful and very cute i found the room spacious and very clean. the bed was comfortable and i had excellent breakfast and evening meals. i will stay there again. the parking was available too.
the choice of vegan options was limited.

the hotel is situated near a lovely river walk ensuring scenic routes. i was able to easily access shops due to the hotel's proximity to the town center. this made exploring the area very convenient.

amazing staffgood servicelamb dinner
the staff was amazing. they provided mega good service and were very attentive to my needs. the food tasted delicious! i especially enjoyed the rack of lamb i had for dinner.
i would have preferred a shower without a bathtub since the bathtub was a bit slippery. i saw a sign though!

the staff were friendly from arrival to departure. simon and the reception staff were helpful.
the room needs work, i saw dust and dirt everywhere. birds woke me up early on the roof! tiles were smashed in the bathroom.

hot roomsmall window
I was disappointed with the room temperature. it was way too hot. the window only opened a small amount. i found it difficult to get any cooler. I did not have a very restful sleep.
