comfortable stay
clean room helpful staff nespresso machine
the room was clean and tidy. the staff were helpful . i appreciated having a nespresso machine in my room for morning coffee.
I noticed the absence of hot water one morning. i contacted reception and they reset the boiler. the water remained cold preventing me from showering before going out.

the bedroom was spacious and included a large comfortable bed. i found the room quiet, awesome for restful sleep. the bathroom was well-kept with provided toiletries.

hunting lodge hotel decor efficient staff excellent breakfast road noise loud music missing information
The room had hunting lodge decor. The staff was efficient upon arrival. The breakfast options were excellent. I found the location handy for the M65.
My room faced the road, and there was a lot of noise all night. There was a wedding , so music played loudly until midnight.

the room was furnished beautifully with a really comfortable bed. it was spacious, and i appreciated the amenities provided in the suite. i especially liked the walk-in shower, it was quite nice.

thin walls wedding reception
the noise was certainly an issue! we hardly got any sleep because the walls seemed thin. every sound from the corridor was like it was happening inside our room. i could hear alarms, toilets flushing, and taps running. also, there was a wedding reception that went on until late. i wasn't warned about that beforehand, annoying. the breakfast was quite basic too. i expected more variety, but it was mostly just a standard english breakfast.

Really good Stay, Beautiful Design and Perfect Service
beautiful design comfortable bed walk-in shower perfect eggs
The hotel boasts a beautiful design with rooms that feel five-star. I found the bed comfortable (best i've ever slept in!). The large walk-in shower was also lovely. The breakfast included a great selection, tasted great, and offered perfect poached eggs. The Fence Gate pub, located nearby, provides a convenient option for dining with a group.

The Junior Suite has twin sinks in the bathroom and a very well-designed shower. The room also features fresh decor and provided comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I certainly enjoyed this space a lot.

Parking is easy at this hotel. The building spotlessly kept is a high-quality one. There are no apparent architectural barriers. This helps make it a cute destination for all guests.

All staff were wonderful. They made sure that nothing was too much trouble (this is essential). I was very impressed by their attention to detail.
