excellent stay
super clean interior plentiful parking delicious breakfast great service
The inn was super clean inside and out. I found that it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. i appreciated the plentiful parking spaces across the road. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful with great service! this location is a short walk into the centre.
the tv could not get to work.

mixed feelings about the stay
loud music instant coffee
The noise from the bar downstairs was bothersome until late (past 1 am). it made it hard to relax or sleep early. the breakfast was subpar, mainly the coffee. It came from an urn and tasted like instant coffee, not fresh at all. i expected better coffee given the price of the room.

the room was spacious and had tea and coffee facilities.
I found a noticeable problem with the external access. The entry and exit to the rooms was through the bin area, and this area had waste food on the ground (a charming welcome). bins were also over full.

charming stay near bronte parsonage
soft bathrobe friendly staff
it was beautiful and comfortable. soft bathrobes of generous size. the steak pie and chicken kiev were excellent. breakfast included ingredients of great quality. i would stay here again. staff and landlady were friendly and cute.
The coffee machine used tea bags and powdered coffee. It was below standard.

The accommodation is perfectly positioned near the bronte parsonage museum. This provides easy access to cultural attractions. the walk around penistone country park offers fine views. it is also a short drive to other sightseeing spots.

the location was convenient. parking was available in a private car park.
The room was tiny. It was okay for a couple of nights though. access to rooms via the external door meant walking through a bin area. This area had food waste on the ground and overflowing bins, a true delight

clean room comfortable room bar noise rigid hours
the room was clean, well decorated, and comfortable (a real plus after a day of walking). the shower had excellent water pressure, a feature i always appreciate.
My room was above the bar area so the noise was noticeable in the evening. i also found the breakfast hours a bit rigid. It made starting my day early difficult.
