unopened wine bottle unusual egg delivery
The hotel seemed nice initially, but some issues arose. The wine was just plonked on the table unopened. I had to open it myself. The breakfast eggs were delivered in an unusual way, sliding from a saucer. It felt quite odd. Customer service training for the staff would definitely be useful.
