i found parking quite convenient. the breakfast selection offered a good variety. the staff was helpful with directions. the location is great, it is near the town center.
The central heating was not working well, even with the electric heater provided the room felt cold. I recommend they address this issue .

Breakfast had a good selection, it included both hot and cold options. The bar looked quiet and cozy, but i did not try the restaurant so i can't comment on it.

The hotel enjoys a location close to the center. This makes it easy to access shops. restaurants are within easy walking distance. I found it very convenient for exploring the area.

The room was clean. the room i got was spacious enough for my needs. The loch view adds a touch of beauty. the provided water bottle was sealed, that's good.

Parking was available and easy to use. The hotel is well kept. the overall atmosphere of the hotel is gorgeous. It has a touch of old english style with indian elements.

The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted me when i needed to rush to edinburgh and cancel my second night. rose ann and jhan offered really good customer service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was tasty. The hotel is very close to the city center, so shopping and restaurants are accessible (it's easy to walk everywhere).
The hotel is quite dated and could use some improvements.

The location is convenient. I had great views of the loch from my room. The room was clean and tidy . The bed was comfortable enough for a good nights sleep.
The water pressure in the bathroom was quite poor. I found it difficult to have a decent shower. The restaurant felt cold. I had to keep my coat on during dinner.

I was charmed by the excellent breakfast. I liked the comfortable bed, so large. Location is central. It's easy to walk to the shopping center. We used the hotel as base for the Jacobite Steam Train.
