Really good Stay!

The room was large and comfortable! The bathroom had an efficient shower. The setting included lovely peaceful grounds. All the staff I met were really helpful and pleasant.
I found the hotel to be a little tired. The curtains in my room had a small tear.

The room had a decent size and the wifi signal worked fine.
The room needed some maintenance. Curtains had some rips and excessive wear. the toilet roll holder was missing. The overall impression was not great, as these details significantly affected the experience.

the building had a lovely setting. the rooms are quirky (that's a positive for me). i had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good.
the room got quite hot. i took a fan out of the wardrobe, but the inside of the wardrobe was dusty.

i liked the architecture and the grand style of the hotel. it has great grounds with woodland walks. the room was very comfortable. it had everything i needed. a good night's sleep was important to me, and i had one. i will.
our room was far from the main building. luckily it was not raining at the time. the breakfast was fairly basic in its offerings.
