The hotel is near public transportation. That was convenient.
The central air conditioning did NOT work for individual rooms. The temperature was set too high. I could not adjust it. This made sleeping difficult and very uncomfortable.

The room temperature was a HUGE issue. Despite attempts to adjust the AC, the room remained uncomfortably warm. This made it difficult to sleep well. The limited selection of TV channels was also disappointing. There was hardly any variety for English-speaking guests, and I mostly watched the news.

The family room size was excellent for my 4 member family. The location is just superb. bus station, metro station and tram are all so close to the place, made getting around effortless. room service was excellent, and the reception staff were co-operative, addressing every need with a smile.
I noticed very few electrical outlets in the room. Charging devices was slightly difficult. the breakfast area felt cramped, lacking an inviting atmosphere. the quality of the breakfast products wasn't great.
