charming stay at coffee paradise

helpful service amazing food butterfly grounds

the staff was so helpful. the food tasted amazing. the coffee tour gave us a lot of information. the grounds have a lot of butterflies, a pleasure to watch.

the paths are not stroller friendly. i wish the hotel has more accommodations for families with little kids. navigating the hotel with the stroller required us to do some effort.

mixed feelings about the stay

inconsistent service rude staff

the villa we stayed in felt very private with its balconies and lovely view.

The restaurant's vegetarian options seemed like an afterthought. some staff members were rude, and service felt inconsistent. My wife needed to find someone to place an order. the lack of air conditioning made the room very hot upon arrival, and getting a fan only made it tolerable.
