serene stay, splendid sights
prompt assistance beautiful view ample parking
i found the staff very kind , they provided prompt assistance. the room faced the lake, and i enjoyed a beautiful view. ample parking was available, a definite plus for those arriving by car.
i noticed some road noise , though it lessened with the windows closed.

tasty breakfast quiet location amazing balcony
the provided breakfast was really tasty i enjoyed the location a bit more quiet than the center. the hotel had an amazing balcony with a mountain view. the reception lady gave us some tips about what to see.

Acceptable but With Annoying Issue
parking lot fee unreasonable demand
The receptionist was friendly and provided a map with marked attractions.
The hotel demanded payment for tire replacement in their parking lot, even after I was a guest. I found it unreasonable, because it was 1 PM. They said I disturbed other guests.

clean room helpful staff fresh fruits weak wifi no air conditioning bug issues
The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even provided a map with main attractions. Breakfast had bakery, dairy products, and fresh fruits.
The WiFi barely worked. There was no air conditioning in the room. It was impossible to open the window because of bugs.

clean room helpful manager delicious breakfast
the room offered ample space it was super clean and recently renovated the manager was helpful and always ready to assist with any questions a delicious breakfast started each day right.
the bathroom was a little too small.

Average stay with some drawbacks
road noise weak pressure
The walk to the center proved longer than I anticipated. The noise from the nearby road was disruptive at times. I also found the water pressure in the shower quite weak it barely had enough force to rinse properly.

the staff was helpful and friendly. breakfast was decent (i liked the pastries). the location was good for walks.
the room's decor seemed a bit outdated to me. the pillows were not very comfortable. also, the noise from the road was noticeable at times.
