The hotel offered a care kit with good quality products. bamboo toothbrushes and recyclable water bottles were provided in the room. the staff was super nice. I did not try breakfast but it smelled great.

The Junior Suite was super spacious, which I loved! There was no AC but I didn't miss it, the temperature was perfect! I walked everywhere because the location is SO convenient. Breakfast had mostly organic items, which REALLY exceeded my expectations!
The heated bathroom floor was on and I could not turn it off. The temperature was very uncomfortable. It definitely needs fixing!

The restaurant features an inner courtyard downstairs, and it was wonderful to start and end the day there. Most products at breakfast were organic, and the food was AMAZING!!! The breakfast more than met my expectations.

Ms. Camilla at the reception was very helpful! She was always smiling, and I couldn't help but smile every time I saw her. The staff are young and enthusiastic. They are also very capable.

The hotel's location allows easy exploration of the city! It is within walking distance of many attractions. It is close to the Little Mermaid. Maybe a 10 minute walk. The city center is only 15 minutes away on foot.
