excellent stay near berwick

i enjoyed the room amenities, it had a kettle with tea and coffee. the room was spacious, i did appreciate the refrigerator with milk and water bottles. i thought the full cooked english breakfast had scottish twists. it had porridge with cream and a dram of malt whisky.

the entrance was slightly scruffy with a damaged door.

The welcome was INCREDIBLY friendly. My room was nothing messy. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. The pub offered excellent food on the night i dined, with reasonably priced drinks. I also received excellent suggestions for local places of interest.

the breakfast was abundant. it was also delicious. the people i met there were very lovely! our room was big and so comfortable.

the check-in time was supposed to be 3 pm. the pub was shut. the owners had gone shopping so i was unable to get into the hotel. the lady i spoke to on the phone wasn't really bothered.

i found the room very clean i also liked the comfortable bed. the shower was modern i used it daily. i appreciated the gluten free bread at breakfast it was a thoughtful gesture.

the entrance looked a little scruffy i saw the broken door face. the wifi did not work i reported it but it was not fixed .
