The check-in process was not smooth. i was directed to a machine to get my keys. this seemed pointless because i had to go to the desk anyway to ask where the lifts were. also, the breakfast buffet lacked attention. There were no bowls for cereal and no orange juice. the food in the warmers was also stone cold.
