The hotel offered free onsite parking and this was convenient. The staff ensured a pleasant experience from arrival to departure. I found the breakfast selection extensive and satisfying. The decor was lovely throughout the hotel, this contributed to a refined ambience.

the superior family room had comfortable large beds. the staff was friendly and helpful during check in. breakfast provided several good choices. the lobby offered comfortable couches near a grand piano .
i waited fifty minutes for my food order at the bar. the food arrived lukewarm, like it had been sitting for twenty minutes. they offered to redo meal, but i did not want to wait longer. i just ate what i got instead.

The onsite restaurant food tasted AMAZING!!! It was well presented. My room was kept clean. Housekeeping did a REALLY good job. The hotel is steps from the Parliament building, named Stormont. It.
I found a very slight delay in getting extra towels one evening.
