helpful staff convenient location room upgrade small rooms shower door lack of space
I found the location quite convenient. I easily walked to many historical places. the staff were helpful, especially with directions. i received a room upgrade without even requesting it, a lovely surprise.
The rooms were smaller than they looked in the online photos. there was hardly space to move around in the room. the shower door in the bathroom wouldn't close properly. I had to hold it shut.

small rooms stale yogurt
The rooms were much smaller than the pictures showed. I barely had any space to move around. The breakfast was not good at all. The yogurt tasted off, and the vegetables did not seem fresh.

historical sites easy access breakfast view
the hotel location allowed easy access to many historical sites. i really liked the walkable distance to hagia sophia. the breakfast had a pleasing view.
the elevator sometimes felt a bit slow, but i often used the stairs instead.

Burhan from reception was very helpful. he showed us rooms and helped us find activities. the hotel was really nice and clean!!! i really appreciated his assistance. staff were friendly. It.
the room included an extra single bed. it took up unnecessary room. i think a smaller room setup would be better. breakfast was quite bland.

I really appreciated the helpful staff. They answered all my questions. The rooftop restaurant provided a place to relax after a busy day. The spa downstairs offered a convenient way to unwind. It was awesome. I enjoyed my time a lot.
