comfortable room cute staff comfortable accommodation good location
I enjoyed a very comfortable room, nicer than many 4-star hotels I have visited. The staff were particularly cute, including to my two dogs. The accommodation was very comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable. The hotel location is good for seeing local sites.

The hotel sits well within the ambiance. The hotel is located in a quiet street but there are shops nearby. The hotel is within walking distance of Stonehenge. The walk is worthwhile.

The staff are attentive and friendly. The staff went the extra mile to get us to our room early. Small things like that go a long way. The staff are very good about food allergies, I noticed.

The room was well stocked with tea, coffee, and a coffee machine. There were also two bottles of water and some toiletries. These were checked and topped up daily. The room was clean and comfy.

wonderful stay
bathroom robes lovely slippers complimentary chocolates helpful staff
the room was lovely, offering bathroom robes, slippers, chocolates, and biscuits. i found the staff very helpful. i also appreciated the convenient location for visiting stonehenge and salisbury, i could leave my car and take a bus to salisbury for a small fee. it was a wonderful trip.
the wi-fi worked intermittently in some areas of the hotel, it was a slight inconvenience.

the hotel features period details and a quirky design adding character. it also provides parking on site making travel easier. the central location makes it simple to reach nearby attractions.

the breakfast had good choice and was nicely cooked. poached eggs were available at breakfast and tasted delicious. i found the restaurant atmospheric and pleasant. it had a good ambiance with characteristic decor.

the location is not far from salisbury, providing easy access to sightseeing areas. stonehenge is only a few minutes away simplifying travel plans. the hotel's setting allows visits to other restaurants nearby.

Charming Stay!
lovely shampoo friendly staff
The room had lovely shampoo and body cream! A coffee machine was present in the room, and tea and coffee were provided. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The floor wasn't flat. I think the floors needs some work. The windows were old fashioned and I presume were not double glazed. I was woken up at 6am from the sound of traffic.

The breakfast offered various options, including eggs benedict, which I liked. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, and I found the meals served there at other times of the day good too. The whole place just had character.

Parking was plentiful and available on the hotel. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring sites like The Henges. The restaurant is a real bonus if you are only staying for one night, with a great option for dinner.

clean bedroom nice bar disappointing burger misleading menu
the room was very modern and clean. the bar area was nice, and the food tasted good.
the menu had a burger i found disappointing. the description was misleading, so i expected something different. the burger was not what i would have chosen if i knew it was a beef burger.
