My room was clean and quite comfortable. The location is a short walk to the city center, a delight. I found the staff helpful and always cheerful .
I only had one pillow, and it was thin and small. The window in my room would not open, I missed some fresh air. There was no free storage for luggage before check-in, I paid for it.

fantastic stay, clean rooms and friendly staff
spacious roomearly check-ingreat location
the staff were friendly and cute i got my room early at 10:00am the room was spacious clean and fresh the location made it easy to get around i found a museum cafe close by i had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.
the neighborhood looked a bit run down but the 24-7 reception made me feel safer i opted for ubers at night to be extra cautious.

I found the staff quite friendly. They provided assistance upon request, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good, and I liked that I could bring my own food in the evening. It saved money. The location was fairly central. Easy access to transport was very convenient.
I noticed some noise at night, specifically people running in the corridor. This happened around 4 in the morning. The area is known to be a bit unsafe. This might be a consideration for solo travelers. The room temperature was difficult to regulate. It often felt too hot or too cold.
