I found there was a distinct lack of attention to detail. My 'superior family room' had a broken towel rail and a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. despite reporting these issues, they remained unresolved throughout my stay.

My room size was great with Really good views, charmed I was by the landscape. My partner enjoyed the cheese pie during our teatime meal. I found the breakfast staff lovely, especially the blonde-haired young girl.
I noticed the room lighting was quite DULL.

the staff was warm and friendly. they cared about my comfort. the family room was spacious and well-decorated. it was spotlessly clean.
the kitchen bins slightly marred the otherwise beautiful view from my bedroom window, i just avoided looking directly down though.
