Superb City Stay
warm croissant friendly service
The location was excellent, close to Oxford Road Station. The grab-and-go breakfast included warm croissants. Rajaa offered helpful and friendly service during checkout. The kitchenette in my room was a nice bonus.
The bathroom featured glass walls, which reduced privacy. Fresh towels were unavailable checking out on the same day. This policy seemed unusual given the hotel standards.

I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. My room was spacious with all necessary amenities available. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport.
The shower made some uncomfortable noises at times, though it resolved itself by the next day.

the staff are super kind! gabriela helped dry my clothes after i got soaked outside, so thoughtful. our family room was a great size with nice amenities. complimentary coffee and croissants were also a really nice touch!

great shower equipped kitchen
The room featured both a great shower and a separate bath. I also found the kitchen to be well equipped . The team offered friendly help too. The price felt fantastic for the offering.
The air conditioning was not functional. I had to visit reception to address this issue. I believe this matter needs addressing .

the lift was out of service. the room was cold upon arrival. i found dust in high areas of the room.
