the staff were helpful and friendly . the room was clean and functional. i appreciated the secure storage they provided for my bicycle overnight.
My evening meal was just okay. It was nothing special.

The location was close to areas suitable for walking. This provided a nice opportunity to explore. i made a walk through the meadows after dinner. It was very relaxing. wentworth castle and nostell were nearby.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They even sorted out a takeaway breakfast sandwich early in the morning. They also stored my bike safely. The room was very comfy and tidy.
The central heating system was very noisy all night. The bathroom extraction fans in adjacent rooms were also noisy. I also had trouble with the TV audio.

the hotel location was excellent.
the room was too small, felt cramped. the tv remote did not work, and no one ever came to fix it. there was also a noticeable delay in the breakfast service, and i almost miss my tour.
