I loved the room. It was so spacious and clean! the location was perfect with easy access to transportation (the mrt was just next door!). the breakfast was fantastic with tons of choices (i especially liked the fresh fruit!).

check-in was quick. the room had sockets by the vanity mirror. there were also hooks in the bathroom for used towels. the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The parking was narrow. It is better to bring a small car. entering and exiting in the same direction is quite dangerous. there is not much parking on one level. i had to go up some levels to find a spot.

the staff at the front desk greeted me with smiles and provided prompt service. they were helpful with directions to nearby attractions. the lobby was located on level 7.

this hotel location is very good. i found many restaurant options nearby. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. it was a simple grab to most locations. the room had a nice view of merdeka 118 building from my window i could see it at night and day.
the pool is small.
