charging ports self-service laundry powered down air conditioning missing bath robes
Check-in was efficient. the room was very clean. there were usb charging ports. a self-service laundry was on-site. i found local ice cream at breakfast. It was yum!!!
the air conditioning was powered down in the lift. i felt a bit claustrophobic.

amazing stay!
spacious room convenient location diverse breakfast
I loved the room. It was so spacious and clean! the location was perfect with easy access to transportation (the mrt was just next door!). the breakfast was fantastic with tons of choices (i especially liked the fresh fruit!).

wonderful chinatown stay
ideal location friendly staff merdeka 118 view
this hotel location is very good. i found many restaurant options nearby. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. it was a simple grab to most locations. the room had a nice view of merdeka 118 building from my window i could see it at night and day.
the pool is small.
