wonderful family stay
fun waterpark spacious room excellent breakfast
the waterpark was awesome it was really fun for my family. the room was spacious and clean with thoughtful touches throughout. breakfast provided excellent options with friendly staff.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
outdoor pool breakfast variety pool slides
The outdoor pool was fantastic (my kids loved the slides!). I appreciated the waterpark. It kept my daughter entertained for hours. The breakfast buffet had variety. There was something for everyone.
The bathroom floor was a bit slow to dry after showering.

The hotel is very close to many attractions and is within a short walking distance of the monorail station. Hard Rock Cafe is nearby. This makes it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area.

fantastic stay!
good ambiance towers view fabulous view
The hotel ambiance was charming. ms iman upgraded my stay, so i had a great twin towers view. the hotel's location allowed quick walks to klcc. It took only ten minutes. the view from the room was fabulous!
seat and table availability at the swimming pool was lacking though the pool itself was perfect.

my room was spacious and well maintained, including baby cot inside. the windows provided an amazing view of the twin towers. i found the bed very comfortable and really loved the layout

Excellent Hotel Experience
functional desk skyline view delicious breakfast studio class
I found the room spacious with a functional work desk. Windows provided city skyline views. The size of the living room and bedroom was very good in the suite. The bed was cozy and wide. The breakfast buffet included Malaysian favorites and international dishes. The food was fresh and replenished constantly. I appreciated the coffee and ambiance during the morning. The swimming pool included slides and playgrounds. Children enjoyed the facilities. The gym had fitness machines with current technology and a large studio class area. Staff members were cute, from the front desk to The Mesh restaurant and pool. Bellboys were also friendly. The hotel's location is very convenient to Bukit Nanas monorail station and KLCC.
Housekeeping quality varied somewhat . The first day, some things were overlooked in the room. The next day, the room was perfectly clean.

The breakfast buffet provides a great mix of local Malaysian options and international classics. Everything was fresh and well prepared, with staff constantly replenishing the dishes. I also appreciated the great coffee and calm ambiance during the morning.

great buffet breakfast helpful staff reception accessible location inconsistent temperature water heater dust mites bedding jeopardizing sleep
the hotel had a great buffet for breakfast. staff at reception and front office were very helpful. the location was very accessible.
the water heater did not have consistent temperature. the bedding reminded me of dust mites. this caused itching over the night.
