river views helpful host delicious breakfast great location
everything was clean. my room had river views. leah was a helpful host. breakfast included haggis and black pudding. i liked the location near everything.
Parking is on the road. A space was tricky to find.

the location is super central if you have short time. river ness views exist from rooms. you could spend hours looking through the window. the hostess is super friendly.

lovely view great location parking permit
I appreciated the view overlooking the river from my room. The location provided a quick walk into the city center. Breakfast included delicious omelets and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. A parking permit was available so I parked very close.

The Scottish breakfast offered was tasty and well-priced at ten pounds. I recommend trying it soon after you arrive. The views from the dining area overlooked the river.
