great location quiet shopping area room cleanliness broken gadgets
the location IS great and walking distance to myeongdong YET quiet enough as it is away from the bustling shopping area. staff were ALSO wonderful and accomodating. they were also able to help US whenever we needed help.
the room condition was disappointing there were issues with cleanliness broken gadgets and unstable fixtures in the bathroom.

convenient subway laundry facilities korean bathhouse
the location allowed easy walks to many sights and nearby subway access was convenient. authentic restaurants were close by. the room included laundry facilities and a sitting area, a detail i appreciated. a korean bathhouse provided a nice respite after a day of exploring.
the room decor seemed a bit dated.

convenient location subway station helpful staff old room charging sockets bathroom repair
the location was convenient. it was very close to a subway station. popular spots such as myeongdong and namsan tower were also really close. celine was helpful with our luggage at the end of our stay!!!
The rooms felt a little old. some charging sockets did not work. the bathroom needed repairs twice. Once for a shower leaking and another time the toilet wouldn't flush.

Easy access to metro transit made sightseeing simple. the shopping and dining options were convenient. i appreciated the quiet and comfortable room after a day of exploring. the room also included a washing machine.
the absence of a coffee machine was a slight inconvenience.

The location is convenient, offering easy access to numdaemun market. I could reach myeongdong, gyeongbokgung, or bukchon hanok by walking. multiple train lines in the very near vicinity aided transportation. many restaurants are available within 300m of the hotel.

My premier room included well-kept furniture, a mini kitchen and a washing machine. the big and comfortable bed ensured restful nights. it reminded me of a home away from home. Very cute. the rooms were spacious.

fantastic stay!
shuttle service easy access helpful staff
The hotel provided a free shuttle service to ddm, itaewon and myeongdong twice a day. This was REALLY helpful. the location offered easy access to tourist spots, a major plus. i found the staff very helpful and friendly. i especially appreciated the umbrella in the room for rainy days.
I had a very slight problem with the charging sockets. They didn't quite work.

stocked kitchen great location early check in dated decor
The premier double room was AMAZING. It had a stocked kitchen and a nice bathroom. The location is great. I found several coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
The hotel did not allow any early check in that day, so that was INflexible. I had to keep myself awake until 3pm. I think the decor needs an update because it looks dated.
