the location was excellent, very near public transport. i found many restaurants nearby. the president suite was spacious.
the room was noisy, the sound proofing wasn't great. i heard neighbors open and close doors. i could hear water pipes during the evening.

Excellent Location and Friendly Service

I appreciated the location since it was close to the subway and Namdaemun Market. I could easily walk from Seoul Station with my suitcases. The room was very soundproofed and made up daily. I also liked the robes provided in my room. It was a nice touch. I found the staff to be consistently polite and professional. The self-service laundry area was useful. Two washing machines and two dryers were available, along with vending machines for detergent and a coin exchange machine.
The ventilation system was a bit noisy, but I managed to adjust.

The room had no carpet, feel cleaner and more hygienic. A spacious room with adequate bedding was offered, and daily cleaning services were provided. Robes were included, and the room proved to be sufficiently soundproof.

A convenience store, Korean restaurants, and a burger shop were conveniently located in the same alley. The main road was only a couple of streets away, facilitating easy travel. The hotel was within walking distance of the subway station and Deoksugung Palace.

The hotel provides a coin laundry on B1 with a change machine. There is a separate machine to purchase detergent. The laundry room includes two washers and dryers for guest use. The gym and pool are on the same level.

The staff was always friendly and greeted me upon arrival and departure. A Wow Pass machine is available in the lobby for tourist convenience. There is a separate machine to book airport transfers for travelers.

i totally loved my room. it was a beautiful family room. it was super spacious and really clean! i saw the bathroom had a modern toilet and a nice shower.
the ventilation system made a loud noise at night. i found it hard to fall asleep at first. though i managed to sleep after some time.

the front desk staff helped me find buses. they booked a bus to busan for me. the staff also helped me with beauty appointments . that was really awesome!

The location is very nice. Transportation options are abundant. Many cafes are nearby, very convenient. I found the WOW PASS terminal on the first floor helpful. The availability of washing machines downstairs really aided the trip.
The air conditioning unit was distracting at night because of its green light. It affected my ability to sleep soundly.
