The location was fantastic. It was right outside the train station.
The rooms felt small. The bathroom lacked a shower curtain causing it to flood after each use. i also found it odd that they charged a fee for printouts. I think these are small perks the hotel should provide. the concierge on the ground floor did not speak english. Communication was difficult, defeating the purpose of having a concierge.

The hotel is centrally located near the train station.
The small bathroom had a persistent smell, quite unpleasant. The rooftop bar seemed overpriced for what it offered. It lacked cocktails, and the 'western' dishes did NOT meet expectations. Cleaners seemed to focus on replenishing already abundant items like water bottles, while neglecting others.

the location is great with the myeongdong subway just by the hotel entrance. there is also an airport express bus stop nearby. i liked the sink in the middle walkway with mirrors on both sides. there's also an ice and water machine on the floor.
the room initially given to me was without a bathroom wooden door. i think the reception desk could have asked me if i am ok with no bathroom door. the wooden door looked to need repair as it only slides from the top and flaps from the bottom. i stayed for seven nights and the toilet malfunctioned and i couldn't flush at midnight.
