great locationeasy accesswarm roominconvenient cafe
the hotel's location rocks, it's super close to everything i wanted to see! the airport bus stop being right outside was also a lifesaver, no stress getting to or from the airport. it just made my travel a lot easier!
the room was kinda too warm for me, i couldnt seem to adjust the temperature! also, the cafe had weird hours. i went for lunch before their stated closing time and they wasn't serving food anymore. it was pretty inconvenient.

Location rocks. Airport bus stops right outside! A convenience store close by helped. I easily accessed street food! I definitely plan a future stay here.
Customer service was not great at check in! I felt the staff member was rude. She was to roll her eyes when I asked her to book a taxi.

The airport limousine bus stops directly outside. This made arrival very convenient. The front desk is on the 19th floor and check-in was quick. Staff Lucas communicated in Chinese and explained everything well.
The TV channels lacked variety for international guests. The WiFi signal was unsteady, sometimes without internet access.
