fantastic location romantic place dark room stressful process
the location felt so romantic. myeongdong street was just right behind. i found so many eateries around and everything was so delicious. lotte dfs was right opposite and there was an underground shopping link to the subway station too.
The room felt a little too dark. even with every light on, it was hard to see everything, and that saddened me. there were three trainees at the reception desk, but i did not see a supervisor around. it led to me paying three times and canceling the wrong credit card transactions. The whole process felt stressful.

great location easy access warm room inconvenient cafe
the hotel's location rocks, it's super close to everything i wanted to see! the airport bus stop being right outside was also a lifesaver, no stress getting to or from the airport. it just made my travel a lot easier!
the room was kinda too warm for me, i couldnt seem to adjust the temperature! also, the cafe had weird hours. i went for lunch before their stated closing time and they wasn't serving food anymore. it was pretty inconvenient.

Fantastic Stay!
great location future stay
Location rocks. Airport bus stops right outside! A convenience store close by helped. I easily accessed street food! I definitely plan a future stay here.
Customer service was not great at check in! I felt the staff member was rude. She was to roll her eyes when I asked her to book a taxi.

This place has a fitness center with treadmills and weights. A convenience store right next to the hotel offered snacks and drinks. The airport bus stops right in front, so arrival was easy.

The front desk provided clear explanations at check-in. They were quick. Housekeeping kept the room clean daily. They are responsive to requests.

airport bus quick check-in helpful staff
The airport limousine bus stops directly outside. This made arrival very convenient. The front desk is on the 19th floor and check-in was quick. Staff Lucas communicated in Chinese and explained everything well.
The TV channels lacked variety for international guests. The WiFi signal was unsteady, sometimes without internet access.
