Solid Choice for a City Stay
electric kettledaily waterfirm pillows
I found the room well-equipped with a mini-fridge and electric kettle. Housekeeping provided three liters of water daily along with tea and coffee. These amenities definitely met my needs .
The pillows were firm, a bit difficult to get comfortable. More flexible pillow options would improve the sleeping experience. The availability of softer pillows is necessary.

This hotel is conveniently near the National Museum metro station. It is about a five-minute walk. Souk Waqif is also accessible, with roughly a twelve-minute walk. This proximity is very useful. The hotel's location makes it easy to explore many attractions.

The staff was helpful. They promptly brought extra toiletries upon request. The hotel also offered complimentary luggage storage for the entire day. It was very convenient. I appreciated the quick response to my needs.

I was greeted with complimentary tea and dates in the reception area. I found this a kind and cute touch. The lobby offered a pleasant introduction to the hotel.

The reception staff showed great communication skills. The room I received had a very nice city view. The staff upgraded my Standard Room. This was very cute.
The fridge was quite small not cooling very well.
