i found the staff cute and helpful throughout my stay. the attention to detail really stood out to me (it was a very nice touch). parking was very convenient with ample space available on site. the view from my room was really good, something i appreciated.
the breakfast presentation was nice, but my table felt a little small to comfortably accommodate everything.

The room was lovely. It was very clean and to a high standard. There were nice extra touches of toiletries. Juice, water, tea, hot chocolate, and biscuits were in the room.
The evening meal was ok. I was not very happy with the fish. Breakfast was nicely presented, but a little bit disappointing. The table was too small to fit everything on.

the room had homemade biscuits and good toiletries. non fancy food was well cooked in a dining room. interesting places like bath and stonehenge were a short drive away. the staff were very pleasant there. i liked the extra touches provided in the room. i also appreciated the fridge for keeping medications.
i found managing breakfast at a table set for two to be a challenge. the table was too small. this meant i had to balance everything. this.

the staff seemed friendly enough upon arrival.
The dinner i ordered was subpar. It tasted like it had been reheated. breakfast presentation looked good, the taste fell flat. the room, a "superior double or twin room garden view", felt cramped. The advertised garden view was mostly a view of the parking lot.

The homemade cookie upon arrival was a nice touch. I liked the nice toiletries that were available in the bathroom. The room was also quiet and I appreciated that.
The breakfast was well-presented BUT a little disappointing. I also found it difficult to manage all the breakfast items on the small table. It required constant balancing.
