lovely breakfast friendly staff damp smell cold room
the hotel was very central i appreciated that. a lovely breakfast was available it had good choices. i found the staff very friendly that was really helpful. the room was nice too it.
there was a strong damp smell in the corridor i noticed it each time i walked by. the smell unfortunately seeped into my room it was not ideal. i also found the room quite cold i did not see a way to adjust the heating. it was a bit uncomfortable

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the hotel also offers convenient on site parking.. this was a great advantage for exploring the area. i liked that there was a restaurant inside. The meals had good flavour.

The receptionist was interested in my travel plans and printed off helpful information. the bar had great staff. I enjoyed it. the room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.
the pancakes included in breakfast were terrible and burned. the hotel lost some of my clothes when they did laundry. the clothes they returned were damp.

Acceptable hotel in a great location
underground car park spacious room non-functioning phone inconvenient issue
The hotel has an underground car park. The room I stayed in was spacious and included everything I needed for the duration (I especially liked the bed).
The phone in my room was not functioning. I needed to use my mobile to contact the reception to report this issue (it was a bit inconvenient).
