The receptionist was interested in my travel plans and printed off helpful information. the bar had great staff. I enjoyed it. the room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.
the pancakes included in breakfast were terrible and burned. the hotel lost some of my clothes when they did laundry. the clothes they returned were damp.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the food was great, and the rooms were very clean. i found the bed very comfortable and the shower was great. breakfast was good (i especially enjoyed the variety).
i noticed a slight damp smell in the corridor near my room.

The hotel has an underground car park. The room I stayed in was spacious and included everything I needed for the duration (I especially liked the bed).
The phone in my room was not functioning. I needed to use my mobile to contact the reception to report this issue (it was a bit inconvenient).
