quiet stay with helpful staff

the staff helped me find breakfast before my early start. there was lots of available parking and , made things easier. the hotel's location worked very well for what my visit required.
The heating system was noisy. I had to pick between noise and heat. the radiator in the bathroom could not be turned off. the regulator was too close to the wall, so it was hard to adjust.

breakfast was a great start to each day. the bar and restaurant were excellent and offered good choices. remember to confirm the restaurant opening nights upon check-in, though.

the staff were cute and provided quick service during breakfast.
The room smelled of damp and felt cold. It made sleeping difficult. i found that the bedsheets also had a musty odor. the live music from the bar continued late into the night, disrupting sleep.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! i got a nice quiet room away from the street. they upgraded my bed which was a fantastic surprise! the hospitality was amazing. It.

the hotel features its own pub, a very welcome amenity for dinner, especially since the other pub across the street had limited midweek service. there are parkplätze directly am haus. pub integrates into the hotel serving very good value meals.

the staff demonstrated excellent customer service, especially helpful during busy periods. one night, the porter, john, was especially helpful during a storm, ensuring all residents were safe and comfortable. the ladies at breakfast were very friendly and spoke about hiking adventures.
