pool bar staff definite attitude
the hotel's location was acceptable. it provided easy access to shops. and restaurants.
The pool bar staff displayed rudeness. I noticed a definite attitude from them. the service could be improved. It detracted from the experience. it needs addressing .

sea view excellent customer service large swimming pool
the sea view room offered a great view of the waterfront the room had a colonial style and multiple restaurants were available. i enjoyed the large swimming pool it was perfect for a relaxing dip. the hotel staff provided excellent customer service from the doorman to the duty manager
the cocktails at the bar did not contain enough alcohol and beers were not filled completely

a historical hotel with sea views
attentive staff beautiful view
Chrishma was very helpful. she was attentive and the facilities were great. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. the beautiful views and close proximity to the city centre added to the experience. we loved the amazing salt water pool. It was very clean.
We requested toothbrushes and slippers. they took a very long time to arrive. we decided to go out for a walk because of the delay. when we returned, the items still did not arrive and we reminded them again. the tv did not work well. It would turn off after a while.
