amazing choiceprompt service
The breakfast options provided a amazing choice. Mohammed from the executive lounge was helpful. He provided prompt service and was always available to assist with my needs.
The hotel was a little crowded, I found it to be somewhat noisy.

The architecture of the building was beautiful. The decor combined modern and slightly older styles (I found it interesting).
Upon arrival, check-in took two hours. The room was not ready. I found this quite inconvenient and frustrating. When we finally got to the room, staff were still moving furniture in. I really didn't expect this situation in a 5-star hotel.

loud musicunattentive staff
The noise level became a real issue. Loud music from the pool area went on until late. the staff did not seem very attentive to local guests. I think they were much more focused on serving foreign visitors, a problem .
