the staff throughout the hotel was well-trained. they were also very polite. the rooftop offered a really fine swimming pool. the beds were very comfy (i slept very well).

The breakfast had many choices i liked. the rooftop pool offered amazing views. I especially appreciate the steam sauna. ajith always kept my room clean. He was very courteous.

The railway track nearby made the sea view room quite noisy. I expected better soundproofing. The private beach area is further than advertised. I was surprised to find it was about 3 km from the hotel. This detail should be clearer on the website.

check in was stressful. i was checking in after an 11-hour flight and waited over half an hour. also, the room was not cleaned regularly, only once .
