high quality cocktails reasonable price poor insulation noisy room
the rooftop bar had high quality cocktails at reasonable prices. i was surprised by the amount of tea, coffee, water, snacks, and bathroom products provided. the city tour included with the room was enjoyable. it was good to see some sites.
there is no insulation between rooms. the first night i only slept about 2 hours because the man next to us was very loud all night. i could hear him talking on the phone all night. the hotel did not use the room next door to us for the next 3 nights, good.

trained staff rooftop pool comfy beds
the staff throughout the hotel was well-trained. they were also very polite. the rooftop offered a really fine swimming pool. the beds were very comfy (i slept very well).

The breakfast had many choices i liked. the rooftop pool offered amazing views. I especially appreciate the steam sauna. ajith always kept my room clean. He was very courteous.

room noise distant beach
The railway track nearby made the sea view room quite noisy. I expected better soundproofing. The private beach area is further than advertised. I was surprised to find it was about 3 km from the hotel. This detail should be clearer on the website.

the pool was lovely. the rooftop complex was great, and there were nice restaurants. the room was also beautiful and the bed was comfortable.
check in was stressful. i was checking in after an 11-hour flight and waited over half an hour. also, the room was not cleaned regularly, only once .

the room was very clean and spacious. breakfast was excellent with many choices. the staff was helpful and always available. i liked the free city tour and access to the beach lounge.
the hotel is next to a building site. works occur seven days a week.
