The room was very clean. The provided amenities met expectations. The location is ideal, directly in front of the ocean. This added to the experience. The hotel also has a great view of the train tracks.

The new facilities included a gym. I also practiced yoga in the dancing room. The location is convenient. It is at ocean front and a short car ride from Dutch Hospital district. Staff members were polite and helpful. The hotel feels modern.

i appreciated the breakfast buffet. It had a great variety of delicious options to start the day. Dinner also offered a buffet. it provided many choices.

The staff proved friendly and cute. Asanka were pretty good too ensure my comfort. His attention to detail and friendly attitude. His service was commendable.

bad attitudelack of friendliness
The rooftop team showed a bad attitude. the supervisor seemed to not care about service, really disappointing. i've traveled around here a lot, and this was a first for me. It shouldn't happen. the lack of friendliness ruined the experience.

slow check-inunfulfilled request
The check-in process was slow. A long queue tested my patience. i was given a room with twin beds despite requesting a double. The staff said they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate my request. this felt pretty inconvenient after a long day of travel and it wasn't a great start to my visit.
