Charming stay near the heart of the city

I found the front desk staff helpful. They provided useful directions. My room included complimentary Lanvin soaps. It reminded me of a luxurious touch. The rooftop restaurant offered city views. It created a nice dining experience.
The music from the rooftop bar was audible in my room until late at night. This made it difficult to fall asleep early.

The hotel is close to the main train station. Transport to various attractions is easily accessible. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. This allows for convenient exploration of the surrounding area.

A Roman Holiday Dream

The location was close to the main train station, with access. I walked to the hotel without difficulty. The rooftop restaurant and bar presented a wonderful experience. It focused nicely on the duomo. Staff members proved friendly and efficient. I enjoyed using the provided bike to explore the surrounding area.
The firm bed and flat pillows were something I noticed. It was still comfortable, just not my ideal.

The front desk confirmed our checkout time. They were proactive to arrange transport to the train station. While waiting, staff at the lobby cafe kindly offered complimentary coffee. Their attention made a difference. I really appreciated this warm gesture.

The location is convenient, near major attractions. The rooftop bar was convenient with a NICE view. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated that.
My room experienced a consistent power fault. The lights and power tripped repeatedly . This was FRUSTRATING. Staff acknowledged previous reports, but no alternative room was offered.
