a tender escape in the heart

our room was a good haven , with traditional furnishings that added to the atmosphere. breakfast included croissants , granola , yogurt , cut-up fruit , sausages , hard-boiled eggs , sliced meats , cheeses and juices. i appreciated the staff carrying my luggage to the second-floor room , a kind gesture indeed.
the bed and pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable , which did impact my sleep quality , as i found it difficult to get comfortable.

the large rooms included antique venetian-style furnishings that created a lovely ambiance , and everything felt clean. the rooms had minibars stocked with drinks and offered a good space. each room also contained a supermarket at the end of the block.

the hotel offered an excellent central location midway between saint mark's square and rialto bridge. the hotel stood near several restaurants , cafes , plazas and shops. the rialto water bus stop was a short walk away.

the super nice team and friendly . one staff member arranged a private water taxi and walked us to the canal. another staff member advised on a glass blowing factory tour in murano , showing care for our experience.

The location was central! It allowed convenient access to major attractions. Staff members assisted with luggage upon arrival, a very helpful service. The included breakfast offered a good selection and I appreciated its variety.
The room was smaller than expected. This made moving around a bit challenging. I think removing extra furniture could improve the space.
